- EPNC 2018 REGISTRATION FEES -

Registration for Regular Authors includes:

Welcome reception, gala dinner, coffee breaks, lunches, a copy of the final program and USB Conference Proceedings, and admission to all sessions.

Registration for Students includes:
Coffee breaks, lunches, a copy of the final program and USB Conference Proceedings, and admission to all sessions. It will be required to provide a Department/Faculty or University certificate.

Registration for General Participants includes:
Welcome reception, gala dinner, coffee breaks, lunches, a copy of the final program and USB Conference Proceedings, and admission to all sessions. This type of registration is for participants who doesn’t present any paper.

Registration for accompanying person includes:
Welcome reception, gala dinner, coffee breaks, lunches and a tourist trip. (Admission to sessions is not included).

How to register ?

In order to register for the conference please follow this link

Go to Registration bookmark and fill out the Registration Form. After you successfully send Registration Form, there are two emails that will be automatically sent to your registered email address:

* 1st email with the Login Details (login and password)
* 2nd email with the Registration Details

Payment method

Invoice

Invoice confirming that registration payments were done successfully will be issued and sent to registered email address.

Cancellation and refund policy

Written requests for cancellation must be emailed to epnc@univ-artois.fr

* Requests received by 15 June 2018 – a full refund will be given.
* No refunds will be given after 15 July 2018.
